Welcome to the ... Whimsy Stamps September release BLOG HOP!

The Whimsy Stamps DT and GDT have been sharing some amazing creations made with the new stamps and dies over the last couple of days, and today we are celebrating their release with a GRAND BLOG HOP! The hop starts today (Wednesday September 17th at 12.00PM noon ET) and ends on Friday September 19th at 12.00pm noon ET. If you would like to hop along with us today, please CLICK HERE to start the hop at Debbie's blog.

To view all three of the images I'm releasing this month, just go to the Whimsy Store HERE.

For today's project, I have used "Jungle Bells Two" and coloured it mainly with Copics.  After I was done the Copics I noticed that the greys were not blended as much as I wanted, so I went over the grey areas with coloured pencil to give it more gradation.  It is fine to mix alcohol markers with coloured pencils, as long as you use the pencils last.  If you use alcohol markers on top of coloured pencil, the alcohol melts the wax binding in the pencil marks and the wax builds up on the marker tip, rendering it useless. So always, marker first, pencils last!

Ellie's body: C0, 1, 2, 3, B91, 95, 97

These are like card toppers with pre-coloured and cut images. They are so handy to have when you need to make a card in a hurry.
