Computer Game
This is not my creation, nor is it a card, but, its an amazing creation by my son Nik! He has developed a computer game that is beyond belief amazing! Now I personally am not into computer games, and perhaps you aren't either, but a lot of people are. So click on the link below and let your kids and grandkids try this game out. I'd be interested to hear their comments too, and I could pass them on to Nik. And feel free to share this, and pass it on to any computer game lover you know. I think it is going to go places!

Valentine for hubby
Here's the Valentine I made for my hubby Mike. I made the roses - each one took about forty minutes to complete. I used the Spellbinders create a rose die on red paper. Once cut, I then swiped my Whisper White Craft Ink on the edges of each petal, randomly. Then dipped each petal into white embossing powder and heat set. Then I could assemble them. Tweezers were necessary in the process. Its finicky work but I love the result, and this way I don't have to buy my roses, and can do them in any colour from my stash of paper!
I made the banner by hand after I stamped and heat embossed the sentiment. Inside is pretty nice too, I think! Of course I wrote a whole bunch of mushy stuff afterwards, but that's between me and hubby! Stamps are from a Graphics 45 Hampton Art, a set of ten Valentine images and sentiments. Its the perfect set for this particular day, I think!
I used some Spellbinder flourishes and also some from Whimsy Stamps - Vines and Large Leafy Flourish, which I trimmed to fit where I wanted. Also a Memory Box heart too. Its hard to tell from the photo, but the top layer has some dimension, and the sparkly heart is actually inset on the bottom layer. Looks better in real life, they always do!

Spread Love/ Angel Wings
Hi Peeps! Here's a Valentine I did for someone special. I used my rubber stamp drawing, "Spread Love". I water coloured the image, and this coloured version became the template for a set of Whimsy Prints found HERE. Also used the Whimsy Shapeology dies, "Vines" and "Large Leafy Flourish".
Did you know that if you use my Whimsy images (rubber or digi, doesn't matter) and you post photos of them on my Facebook page, you could get a chance to win a free digi? For every five photos posted of five different cards/projects you made with one of my images, you will get to pick one free digi of your choice from my Whimsy line. Here's a LINK that will take you right to my FB page so you can get posting!
Now, have you seen the new Ashlan Valor Tangles yet? They are just amazing works of art. My friend draws these amazing designs, and now we get to colour them and put them on our cards! Here is one of her drawings called Angel Wings that Andrea Tully coloured. Andrea put up step by step photos on her blog for you to view her colouring process, so that's a bonus too! Is it not perfectly stunning? I can see this on a Christmas card, a bereavement card, a birthday card or an anytime card. But its such a work of art, I think if it was mine I would just frame it. Go see the amazing array of tangles for you to purchase and instantly download right HERE.
Thank you for stopping by today. God bless you!
